While standing, you should feel like your stomach is being lifted. But at the same time, you can stand freely with a straight back, and nothing causes you discomfort. It is better to do tying after a warm shower or abdominal massage, when the muscles are warmed up and relaxed.

However, wearing a device can aggravate the course of certain diseases, cause inconvenience, cause pain, or slow down the recovery process of the female body. Therefore, the use of a bandage after delivery is contraindicated in the following cases:

  • ruptures and sutures in the perineum, longitudinal sutures after cesarean section;
  • allergic reactions (redness, rashes, swelling that appear while wearing the product);
  • a history of skin diseases;
  • circulatory disorders in the affected areas;
  • disruptions in the functioning of the heart and blood vessels (arterial hypertension);
  • pathologies of the kidneys and excretory system (edema);
  • chronic diseases of the abdominal organs;

In case of caesarean section, the use of the bandage is stopped when the suture is completely tightened. A month and a half after delivery, there is no longer any point in wearing the product for medicinal purposes.
