Culottes, as you have already had the opportunity to see, are very “friendly” and can be perfectly combined with different wardrobe items. Casual, a practical and comfortable style, means that low-heeled shoes will work perfectly in an ensemble with culottes.

And if in the fall, as we already wrote above, these will be boots with thick or thin soles, then in the summer - gladiators (as in the photo above) or ballet flats (as in the photo below).

The overall relaxation of this “walker” look is emphasized by culottes made from soft fabrics. We saw something similar at the Blumarine show. The cascading pleats make these trousers and their wearer very feminine.

Culottes with sneakers

Sneakers, white sneakers, culottes and loose tops are good. Sneakers, sneakers, a skirt, trousers and a jacket are rather bad.

When choosing sports shoes, it is important to maintain the entire look. Multi-layering and multi-texture are designed to help you with this.

Plus size culottes

If culottes don't hug your hips, if their length is below mid-calf, congratulations plus size ladies - you've chosen the right model!

By the way, in the case of culottes, the gimlet rule – black makes you look slim – is not always true. Light trousers with a dark (chocolate, blue) turtleneck make you look much slimmer. And if a girl also has large breasts, then such an ensemble makes her look very appetizing!

Longer styles of shirts or sweaters are designed to balance the figure with large hips. Skirt and trousers are especially recommended for overweight women, always accompanied by elegant shoes.

What shoes to wear with culottes

As you probably already understood, a skirt and trousers can be worn with any shoes from slip-ons to sneakers, if the shoes do not violate the proportions of the figure. Not all trousers look equally good with low-heeled shoes or with high heels. But culottes are a pleasant exception. Sandals and boots, UGGs and sneakers with culottes will look trendy and stylish!
