Who and what contributions to the Pension Fund makes? How are these funds distributed? These issues concern not only employers, but also individual entrepreneurs, as well as employees. That is, each of us, because the amount of contributions to the Pension Fund directly determines the size of pensions in the future. It would be nice to check the reliability of your employer in terms of paying contributions.

Until 2010, a unified social tax was established in Russia. After 01.01.2010, instead of paying such a tax, mandatory insurance contributions to state funds were introduced: Pension, social insurance, compulsory medical insurance. Deductions are regulated by the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 No. 212-FZ, and contributions to the Pension Fund are also regulated by the law of December 15, 2001 No. 167-FZ.

Who and when makes contributions to the Pension Fund

Contributions to the Pension Fund represent the payment of insurance premiums for compulsory pension insurance. In turn, the latter term, in fact, means the creation of prerequisites for ensuring the citizen's right to a pension. That is, the state takes measures (both economic, legal, and organizational) to ensure pension payments in the future (from the concept of a pension as compensation for earnings) - labor pension for old age, disability, survivors, funded pensions, etc. At the same time, insurance premiums also provide for the payment of some social benefits (compensation for funerals), fixed payments to pensions (pensions).

The following are required to make contributions to the Pension Fund:

  • organizations that make payments under labor and reimbursable (for remuneration) civil law contracts to individuals;
  • individual entrepreneurs: for themselves and those persons to whom they have paid money or otherwise paid for labor, work, services under any kind of contracts;
  • individuals, if they have made payments under contracts and in the case when they are not individual entrepreneurs;
  • lawyers, notaries and other categories of self-employed citizens (a member of the peasant farm) - as well as individual entrepreneurs.

That is, even in everyday life, if we use the services of another person, we are obliged to make contributions to the Pension Fund for such individuals.

The amount of contributions to the Pension Fund

Let's make a reservation right away that, unlike personal income tax, which is calculated based on the salary, bonuses, and district coefficient of the employee, insurance premiums are not included in wages. That is, the employee receives wages minus personal income tax. And in the PFR, the payer also pays based on income, but does not withhold this amount directly from the salary.

The actual amount of deductions to the FIU depends on the category of the payer. For organizations that are under the general taxation regime, i.e. for the majority, in 2016 this amount will be 22%. And plus 10% if the value of the base (total income) is more than 796,000 rubles. This is for every employee. In 2017, this base is likely to change in accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation adopted annually on this issue. The base is determined separately for each employee for each month from the beginning of deductions for him and on an accrual basis.

Organizations that are on a simplified taxation system will pay 20%, as well as individual entrepreneurs for each employee.

Additional rates of insurance contributions to the Pension Fund have been introduced for employers who have jobs with hazardous and hazardous industries, i.e. in favor of persons entitled to a preferential pension. The tariff is determined based on the assessment of working conditions and the assigned class.

Deductions must be made by the 15th day of each month (payment is for the previous month).

The self-employed population pays a fixed contribution to the Pension Fund for themselves. In 2016, it is 19,356.48 kopecks. + 1% from the amount of his income over 300,000 rubles. This payment is due by December 31, 2016.

How to view your pension contributions to the Pension Fund via the Internet?

each individual entrepreneur, lawyer, private notary, etc.

How to check the amount of deductions in the FIU

All contributions to the Pension Fund are reflected in the individual account of the insured. That is, your personal personal account. Remember that if a person decides to use a funded pension (which we wrote about in the corresponding article), then you can find out pension savings according to SNILS.

Pension contributions generated on an individual personal account can be found through the public services portal, order a certificate on the PFR website, or by contacting the PFR in person at the place of residence. You must have SNILS and a passport with you. Another person can learn the information only if there is a corresponding power of attorney.

When checking contributions to the Pension Fund, remember that currently 16% of contributions are recorded on a personal account, and if a funded pension is also formed, 10% on the insurance part and 6% on the funded one (in 2016, all employees have 16% due to with the “freezing” of the provisions of the law in this part).

What is happening with pensions, no one understands for a long time. And where does the desire to understand the formulas and calculation methods come from, which are not only complex, but also change 3 times a year? Against this background, the Pension Fund of Russia (Pension Fund of Russia) tirelessly makes attempts to popularly convey new pension formulas to people and draws endless brochures. Occupation, in my opinion, is absolutely hopeless. Instead, I would like to be able to log into my personal account and see what monthly pension I have already earned. With such a service, I would go there once a year and see how the monthly pension due to me grows. It sounds like science fiction, but such an opportunity has almost appeared at the moment, although it works on a manual drive.

In order to calculate the amount of your current pension, you need to know only 2 parameters: the number of accumulated pension points and the amount of money accumulated in the funded part of your pension. Knowing these two parameters, the monthly pension in rubles for 2015 can be determined by the formula:

Pension = 4383.59 rubles + (Number of points * 71.41 rubles) + (Cumulative part / 228 months).

  • RUB 4383.59 fixed payment as of January 1, 2015. Annually increases by the state at a level not lower than inflation. Relies even on those who have never worked
  • RUB 71.41

How to find out the number of pension points

The number of points can be viewed in the personal account of the pfrf.ru website, which can be entered using the login and password from the gosuslugi.ru website. If you have not yet registered on gosuslugi.ru, I recommend doing it now, but the registration process takes several weeks, since the login and password are sent by mail to your address. After entering the personal account of the PFR, you need to find the number of accumulated pension points (www.pfrf.ru / Personal account of the insured person / Get information (group) / About formed pension rights).

And you will see a page containing the treasured information on the number of accumulated points. It looks like this:

All pension savings of citizens since 2015 have been converted into points. Therefore, it is a mistake to think that this idea will affect only future generations. The state promised to index the cost of one point every year to a level not lower than inflation. This makes the points interesting for storing retirement savings.

One of them is the principle that the size of the pension depends on the amount of the employee's participation in the financing of the pension system. Thus, when assigning a pension in 2004, earnings for its calculation were determined for any 10 consecutive years (at the choice of the person who applied for a pension) from the last 20 years of work. The current legislation does not provide for the possibility of calculating a pension from earnings for other periods of work that go beyond the established 20-year period.

Pension points for the Soviet experience are calculated according to the formulas, simultaneously with the period 1991-2001. It is added to the result for later years of work, and the result will make the pensioner's income higher.

Those who are now retiring worked during the USSR, that is, until 1991. Over the past quarter century, a lot has changed in the pension system. But for each period, the pensioner will be awarded a certain number of points, which will collectively increase his payments. The portal "I am a capitalist" figured out how to calculate pension points for the Soviet experience.

So, the entire work experience of an employee is divided into stages:

  • until 1991;
  • from 1991 to 2001;
  • from 2002 to 2014;
  • from 2015 to the time of his well-deserved rest.

Let's start from the end. We talk about the new pension system, which has been in force since 2015, in another article about pension points. The employer's insurance contributions to the Pension Fund for 2002-2014 and stored in the insurance account will be converted into points and will be taken into account in the final calculation of the pension. The pension capital accumulated in 1991-2001 will be re-accounted as a point coefficient.

The Soviet period of work is the most difficult to account for. At that time, there were no automated information systems, all data was documented. And if a person does not have a piece of paper, then these years may fall out of accrual. Accordingly, the future pensioner must independently take care of confirming working hours. Women who were on parental leave must also provide relevant paperwork.

How to determine how much monthly pension you have already earned

Men who served in the army are required to confirm this. By the Decree of the President of Russia, for each year of the Soviet period, the accrued capital will be increased by 1%. This means that if a person worked for 20 years before 1991, his capital will be increased by 20%, if 5 years, then by 5%. For 1991-2001 also add 10%. Soviet experience is included in the total calculation up to 2001 inclusive.

Counting example

Maria retired in 2015 with 35 years of experience. This means that during the Soviet period she worked for 10 years, and another 10 years until 2002. First, we calculate the ratio of her average monthly earnings and the average salary in the country. If it exceeds 1.2, then we consider only the maximum threshold - 1.2.

Maria's income was 320 rubles a month. The average salary in the country was about 230.1. This means that the ratio of salaries = 1.39, but only 1.2 is taken into account.

Mary has it equal to 0.55 + 0.01 x (35-20) = 0.70

We calculate the amount of the pension using the formula:

(seniority coefficient * earnings ratio) * 1671 \u003d (0.70 * 1.2) * 1671 \u003d 1223.17

If the amount is more than 660, then you need to subtract 450 rubles \u003d 773.17 - the amount of the estimated pension.

Valorization will add another 20% to Maria for 10 full years of Soviet experience and for 10 years of the post-Soviet period. 773.17 + 77.32 = 927.80. We multiply this amount by the indexation coefficient (as of December 31, 2014) - 5.6148 and divide by the cost of 1 pension point - 64.1 (as of January 1, 2015) = 81.27.

This means that for achievements from the beginning of her career until 2002, Maria will receive 81.27 points.

Outcome

Retirement points for Soviet experience and up to 2002 are calculated according to the formula. In the above example, the woman will receive an increase of 6,300 rubles. A lot or a little - you decide. “I am a capitalist” gave a simplified scheme, without complications in the form of interrupted work experience, the birth of children and bonus coefficients.

The size of the future pension worries all users. However, people have difficulty trying to figure out complex formulas. Is there a possibility in advance calculate pension online without resorting to the help of specialists? When accruing points, the length of service is taken into account. Calculate pension online in 2019 year on our website using the official PFR calculator.

The procedure for calculating the pension

The insured person has an individual account to which payments are received. If desired, you can determine the honesty of the employer. The absence of payments indicates that the user has no official income.

People who receive a "white" salary often perceive the results of calculations as objective data. To calculate a pension, you need to know the amount of a fixed payment. The state pays this amount to all applicants. The lack of funds in the Pension Fund has led to the fact that since 2015, payments intended for the formation of the funded part have not been made.

The reason for adjusting the amount of the pension may be the presence of a disability or work in the Far North. It is necessary to take into account the working conditions of a person that allow him to receive increased payments. When determining a pension, a large number of parameters are used that require professional knowledge. They are quite difficult to use for simplified calculations.

To determine the exact amount requires the help of a specialist. Calculate pension online self-employed people can. A large number of people work exclusively for themselves. Entrepreneurs regularly make fixed payments to the Pension Fund.

To receive a pension, you must have worked for at least 8 years. In the future, the requirements for applicants will only become tougher. The length of service until 2014 will increase by a year. In 2017, the Pension Fund does not pay insurance pensions to applicants who failed to earn 11.4 points. In 2025, it will be much more difficult for users to achieve budget funds.

Important! The figures obtained cannot be taken as accurate information about pension payments. It is impossible to put in the calculator all the parameters that are used by specialists when calculating payments.

Features of calculating payments according to the new formula

To be more precise calculate pension online it is necessary to take into account the factors that directly affect the amount of payments. When calculating payments, experts pay attention to the presence of premium coefficients. How to use correctly pension calculator online and calculate approximate amount? The applicant needs to know the size of the fixed payment and the value of the point. Be sure to double-check the information received, as these parameters change annually.

After the reform carried out in 2015, the procedure for calculating pensions has completely changed. Now the amount of payments is affected by the IPC, which depends on the amount of contributions. The funds are transferred from the employer to the account of the insured person. If desired, the user can go to his personal account to view all payments.

Now the specialists of the Pension Fund use the following formula to calculate payments:

SP \u003d IPC x SIPC x K + FV x K

  • SP represents insurance payments, which are accrued upon the onset of retirement age;
  • IPC - the number of pension points earned by a person;
  • SIPC - the cost of a point, which is regularly indexed by the state;
  • K - the value of premium coefficients to which an elderly person is entitled;
  • PV - a fixed payment guaranteed by the state.

Retirement score

What parameters should be entered in new online pension calculator to calculate upcoming payments? The state strongly encourages people to retire later. After the 2015 reform, the concept of the basic part of payments disappeared. Instead, a fixed amount appeared, which is guaranteed by the state. Moreover, to receive payments, you must score at least 11.4 points.

When calculating the pension, the following periods are taken into account:

  • passing the service about the call;
  • time spent on maternity leave;
  • being in custody.

To determine the amount of pension payments, you can use the formula:

IPC \u003d SV / SVmax x 10,

  • CB - insurance premiums that the employer paid for the employee to the Pension Fund;
  • CBmax - the maximum amount of contributions paid at a rate of 16%;

For example, an employee's income is 25 thousand rubles. It is necessary to determine the annual amount of contributions to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

(25,000x16%)x12 = 48,000 rubles.

The maximum amount of contributions in 2017 cannot be more than 140,160 rubles. Now let's substitute all the values into the formula and get: IPC = (48,000/140,160) x10 = 3.42 points

How to determine the value of a pension point

To receive the insurance part of the pension, you must work for at least 8 years. Retirement calculator for retirees in 2019 developed taking into account the changes that have occurred since the reform. Employees of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, when processing documents, check the number of pension points a person has. In the future, the requirements for employees will only become tougher. Already in 2025, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation plans to increase the minimum number of IPC. A person must have worked for at least 15 years and have at least 30 points on their account.

YearRequirements for the minimum work experience, yearsThe minimum value of the IPC, in points
2015 6 6,6
2016 7 9
2017 8 11,4
2018 9 13,8
2019 10 16,2
2020 11 18,6

When calculating payments, employees of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation take into account the cost of the point. After obtaining the necessary information from the table, you can calculate your pension using the new pension calculator. Be sure to take into account all the parameters that are used in the process of calculating payments. This may require specialist assistance. The calculator allows the user to estimate the size of the future pension in advance. However, the results obtained on screen monitors are only an approximation.

What determines the size of the fixed payment?

An elderly person can count on a certain amount guaranteed by the state. Its size depends not only on the category of the recipient. The regions independently set the amount that pensioners will receive. Fixed payments are subject to mandatory indexation. To do this, you need to take into account the economic indicators of the country. Without fixed payments, it is impossible to determine the amount of the survivor's benefit. Annually on February 1, the pension is indexed in accordance with Article 16 of the Federal Law No. 400.

You can determine the amount of fixed payments in force in 2019 according to the following table.

When calculating a pension, the age of the elderly person and the number of dependents are taken into account. For pensioners who are 80 years old, the state pays an increased fixed payment in the amount of 9610.22 rubles. If an elderly person has no dependents, then the basic part of the pension will be 4805.11 rubles. Persons with disabilities are entitled to an increased amount of a fixed payment.

As an example, consider the calculation of the pension of a person who decided to postpone the processing of payments.

The work biography of Ivanova Victoria Petrovna began at the age of 18. Throughout her life, she took parental leave 2 times. For the firstborn, she was awarded 1.8 points. The second baby increased the IPC by 3.6 points. Victoria Petrovna constantly worked at the same enterprise. After reaching retirement age, the woman worked for another 5 years in excess of the length of service.

The total number of earned points was 104. The woman achieved an increase in the amount of fixed payments by 1.27 times. Adjustments were also taken into account when determining the value of the IPC. The number of points was calculated taking into account the coefficient of 1.34.

Hence, 405.11x1.27 + 104x78.58x1.34 \u003d 11,465 rubles.

How to calculate your own pension

Three factors affect the amount of pension payments:

  1. What is the person's official salary?
  2. Length of employment.
  3. At what age did the employee apply for a pension?

Important! The pension fund limits the maximum number of points an individual can earn. With a monthly salary of 60 thousand rubles, an employee can receive 7.9 points per year.

After entering the basic parameters into the calculator, you can calculate your pension. The amount of the insurance pension is indicated not in rubles. It converts to points. The amount of payouts can be determined by multiplying the number of points earned by their value.

When calculating the pension, you need to take into account the value of surplus factors. Benefits apply to people who have worked in hazardous industries. The pension fund encourages older people who decide to defer payments. The surplus coefficient for a person who has issued a pension 5 years later than the due date will be 1.5.

The contributions paid by the employer to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation are 16% of the employee's official salary. These funds can be divided into insurance (10%) and funded part (6%). Funds in the savings account are used to invest in securities. Moreover, the pension is formed from the income of people born after 1967.

What kind of pension will people working in the shadow business sector have?

According to the statement of the Ministry of Labor, about 20% of people receive a salary in "envelopes". Employers do not pay contributions to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for them. This group of workers will not be able to count on a full pension. However, even this category of people will not be left without a livelihood. The state guarantees social benefits to older people who do not have work experience. A single base was created in the Pension Fund, in which all candidates for receiving payments are present. Now the Russians have a personal account in which you can see valuable information.

First you need to register on the website of public services. After that, the user has access to the personal account of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. Each person is given a unique username and password. A future pensioner can receive information about the contributions that the employer transfers to the individual account of the employee. The personal account displays the number of points earned by a person. If the employer does not pay contributions, then you can write an application to the labor inspectorate at any time. To calculate the future pension, you can use the calculator on the institution's website.

For example, a woman reached retirement age in 2017. During the entire working period, she managed to earn 75 points. The woman was awarded an additional 1.8 points, as she was taking care of the child. The cost of the pension ball was approved in the amount of 78.58 rubles.

What formula is used to calculate the funded pension

A person has the right to transfer funds to an NPF, which will be able to manage the client's money more efficiently. The funds received will be used in transactions with shares and bonds. The profit from the activities of the fund is distributed among the participants in accordance with the agreement.

But in this case, the future pensioner is not immune from the bankruptcy of the company. If the non-state pension fund goes bankrupt, the client will still be able to receive the invested funds. The state insures the employee's contributions that were transferred to the NPF.

NP = PN / T,

  • PN - the amount of contributions that is involved in the formation of the funded pension;
  • T - during what time payments were received on the account of the insured person.

As an example, consider a person who was born after 1967. The future pensioner received a salary of 32,000 rubles for 10 years (120 months). Every month, the employer transferred 6% of his earnings to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

Hence, the total contribution will be:

32,000x120x0.06 \u003d 230,400 rubles.

Pension Calculator

To determine in advance the amount of a future pension, you can use an online calculator. In this case, the user does not have to prescribe the cost of the point and the size of the fixed payment. These indicators are already present in the calculations.

To determine the sum insured, the user only needs to specify:

  • the age at which a person plans to apply for a pension;
  • What is the applicant's work experience?

To get a more accurate amount, you must specify the type of pension formation (insurance or funded)

  • whether the person served in the army;
  • the amount of the official salary;
  • availability of pension capital.

The resulting calculations serve to familiarize with the future pension. They are only advisory in nature and can be adjusted by PF employees. If the user has entered into an agreement with a non-state pension fund, then a preliminary calculation can be made on the company's website. The result of the investment can be seen on the screen.

The following information must be entered into the funded pension calculator:

  • age and gender of the client;
  • length of service;
  • average salary of an employee.

All funds indicate their return on investment. A person can calculate the amount of profit before concluding an agreement with an NPF.

How to find out the amount of pension savings?

Many users experience difficulties when trying to determine the effectiveness of funds invested in NPFs. For information on the status of savings, you can contact the Pension Fund. You can check the amount of pension contributions directly on the organization's website. To do this, you must specify the SNILS number.

Important! The function is available only to users who have registered on the public services website.

In your personal account, go to the "Pension Savings" tab and request the necessary information. Within a few seconds, information about the amount on the account of the insured person will appear on the monitor. Some people forget the name of the NPF with which they entered into an agreement. To find out where the funds are stored, you can contact the PF. Be sure to bring your passport and SNILS with you.

There is an easier way to get information about NPFs. The company's accounting department regularly makes deductions from the employee's salary. To find out about the amount of payments, just contact the specialist of the department.

Conclusion

For the convenience of users, a calculator has been developed that allows you to calculate the pension online. A person only needs to enter the information needed to determine the amount of future payments. The results should not be taken as exact numbers. The developers of the calculator decided to simplify the calculation procedure. They did not include in it all the factors affecting the size of the pension.

In connection with the reforms in the pension legislation, the conditions for retirement and the amounts due to be paid are changed annually. Today, the amount of income of Russian pensioners is affected by seniority, wages, the chosen fund, the age of retirement, and so on.

As a result of the dramatic changes that the pension system has undergone over the past decade, most citizens do not know what level of income awaits them after the end of their employment.

To figure out how to check the amount of your pension savings using the SNILS number, you need the personal data of the insured citizen, as well as some skills in using Internet resources or contacting a specialist.

Finding out the amount of future payments is easy if you know the amount of points. Let's take a closer look at how to check pension savings.

Checking information on SNILS

SNILS is the number of a person's personal account in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. It allows you to check the availability of pension savings and get confidential information about the amount of already formed pension savings.

Checking the current state of the account can be done in two ways:

  1. By contacting the FIU.
  2. Via the Internet by SNILS number.

At a personal appointment, any citizen can find out his pension, as well as check with a specialist how it is calculated. To do this, it is enough to present an identity card and SNILS to the fund employee.

The request can also be made in writing by sending it through the MFC or by sending it by registered mail.

You can check pension savings according to SNILS online on the State Services portal and on the PFR website.

The State Services portal allows you to view detailed data on pension points, spending no more than 20 minutes. To do this, you need to log in and select the service called "Notification of the status of the personal account." If you are not yet registered on the official state website, then you must first go through the registration procedure.

After creating a request, you must wait until the system generates a notification that can be received by e-mail. As part of the data indicated in the document, special attention should be paid to the dates and amounts transferred by certain employers as insurance premiums. It happens that organizations simply do not pay the required amounts, such a legal violation may subsequently adversely affect the employee's pension accruals, so it is better to control the validity of contributions in a timely manner.

It is especially important to check for those who often change jobs, as well as when performing work under civil law contracts. Many individual entrepreneurs, when concluding a contract for the provision of services with an employee, indicate in the text of the document the obligation to pay to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, but subsequently “forget” to make deductions.

The PFR website contains up-to-date information on how the provision for Russian citizens is calculated. Detailed information is available in the personal account on the website.

  1. Registered work experience.
  2. official income.
  3. Amounts paid by the employer.

Information about the funded part, if it is accrued, can only be obtained on the portal of the fund with which the contract has been concluded.

Thus, the amount of your deductions can be checked at any time. How do you find out the amount of your pension?

Payment calculation system

The current procedure for generating income for future pensioners is enshrined in Federal Laws No. 400-FZ and 424-FZ. According to the law, payments can be formed from the labor (insurance) and funded parts.

In order to calculate an old-age pension, an employee must:

  1. Have a minimum insurance period (8 years in 2017 with an increase to 15 years by 2024).
  2. Achieve the minimum score (11.4 with an increase to 30 by 2025).
  3. Live to the age limit (60 for men and 55 for women).

The calculation of the old-age pension is carried out using the above indicators, premium coefficients and a guaranteed supplement.

Bonus coefficients are accrued to those pensioners who continued to work after reaching the established age.

The guaranteed additional payment is added by the state to the base for calculating the basic income of pensioners. The following factors influence its size:

  1. Disabled dependents.
  2. Age 80 and over.
  3. The first group of disability.
  4. More than 15 years of northern experience.
  5. Delayed retirement.

The funded part is allocated and formed only at the request of a citizen. This part is affected by the employer's pension contributions (6% of earnings) and the selected fund.

Self calculations

The calculator on the PFR website (www.pfrf.ru/eservices/calc/) can make an approximate calculation of the future pension based on the results achieved to date.

Old Age Pension = Points x Point Value + Fixed Co-payment.

The current cost of the point and the amount of the fixed surcharge can be viewed on the website of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. In 2017, they amount to 74.27 and 4558.93 rubles, respectively.

The accumulative part can be received in one payment or in the form of a monthly supplement. The specialists of the chosen fund will tell you how to calculate the funded pension in the second case.

If you decide to calculate the future pension yourself, then keep in mind that the formula can only give an approximate value. Only experts can correctly take into account all the factors and indicators. It should also be remembered that the calculations are valid only for those who are retiring in the near future. Unfortunately, legislators are constantly reviewing the procedures for pension payments, so the calculations made this year may not be relevant next year.

Thus, there are several options for finding out the amount of savings. All of them are free and do not require much time. It is quite convenient to get all the necessary information online, the portal interfaces are created intuitively accessible to a wide range of users, if you encounter difficulties while working with the site, you can always contact the employees of the MFC or the FIU, who will tell you in detail the procedure.

Despite the fact that the amount of the payment calculated independently is only indicative, and only PFR specialists can give exact data, you should definitely check the amounts, and in case of incomprehensible discrepancies with your calculations, request a recheck of the information and the calculation procedure.

How to find out the size of the pension on the Internet - the funded part, the future

Previously, a fairly simple formula was used to calculate the amount of the pension - each future pensioner could use it to independently calculate.

But relatively recently, certain reforms have been carried out in the current legislation on this matter. In this connection, independent calculation has become difficult, but you can still find out the amount of the pension - via the Internet.

What does it depend on

In order to approximately know the amount of your future pension, you need to remember what exactly affects its size.

To get acquainted with the information on this matter is quite simple:

  • through the website of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation;
  • by contacting the PFR office directly, its employees are obliged to provide the most detailed information on this matter to the citizen who applied.

First of all, the size of the pension (regardless of its component - funded / insurance) is affected precisely by the amount of wages.

Since it is it that is the basis for calculating the corresponding contributions in favor of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, which accumulates such deductions for their subsequent investment and further payment to the pensioner. To date, the tariff has been set at a rate of 22% of wages.

That is why the higher the salary, the more significant the amount of the pension will be at the time of reaching retirement age. And accordingly, the less it is, the less the pension.

Accordingly, when calculating black wages, from which contributions are not paid, payments will simply not be made.

Those interested in a sufficiently large salary will need to get a sufficiently well-paid job. Otherwise, the amount of pension savings will be minimal.

The second important factor, which no less significantly affects the amount of deductions of the corresponding type, is the choice of a non-state pension fund. At the moment, the state has divided the pension into insurance and funded.

The accumulative part must be placed in a special non-state pension fund. This institution works on the principle of a bank - funds in the form of a pension are a contribution.

The NPF effectively manages such funds. As a result, he receives a certain income. In the future, it will be a pension payment.

The size of this type of pension directly depends on the success of the investment, the correct choice of the investment portfolio. This point is covered in sufficient detail in the current legislation on the territory of the Russian Federation.

When choosing a NPF, it is necessary to focus on the following parameters:

It is the second characteristic that directly affects the size of pension accruals. And usually the most profitable non-state pension funds are the least reliable.

Since usually an extensive investment portfolio with high returns implies some risks. But ordinary citizens have nothing to fear - the entire funded part of the pension is insured without fail. Even if the NPF goes bankrupt, no one will be left without a pension. Its value will only decrease.

The minimum pension is discussed on this page.

Today, in order to find out the amount of your pension, there is no need to leave your own home. All you need is a personal computer with Internet access.

To implement all the necessary operations, it will be enough just to go to the official website of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

The procedure for getting acquainted with the amount of this type of pension is as follows:

  • open the browser and go to the website of the Pension Fund;
  • to enter your personal account, you will need to enter your login and password - they are identical with similar data from the State Services portal;
  • if you already have a username and password, you will need to enter them, and then indicate the SNILS number (or mobile phone number, email) in the appropriate field;
  • after the implementation of all the data indicated above, it will be necessary to open the section "personal account of the insured person" - then select "get information about the formed pension rights";
  • after selecting this menu item, a transition will be automatically made to a page that will display the total number of pension points, as well as the length of service;
  • open the menu section called "information about the length of service and earnings" - it contains the most detailed information about all periods of employment;
  • it is necessary to receive an extract on the current state of the pension fund in a text version - you can save the received document to a personal computer and, subsequently, print it out;
  • then you need to click on "calculate the future insurance pension" - in this section you can find out exactly how many insurance points are accrued in a certain period;

Further, it will be enough just to fill in the field with the amount of wages until the deduction of personal income tax. Thus, it will be possible to find out exactly how many points for a particular billing period were accrued.

In this case, you can use the calculation simple or more detailed. The more information provided, the more accurate the calculation will be.

How to find out the amount of the funded part of the pension on the Internet

The easiest and fastest way to get acquainted with the size of the funded part of the pension is to interact with your account through the State Services portal.

To implement this procedure, you will need to perform the following steps:

  • log in on the State Services website (if there is no login and password, it will be necessary to log in without fail);
  • enter passport data, as well as information about SNILS;
  • go to your personal account - open the tab "pension savings";
  • click on the button "get information about the status of the personal account";
  • the window that opens will display full information about the personal account of a particular citizen who applied for information.

Future

The easiest and most accurate way to find out the size of your future pension is to contact the regional branch of the PFR directly.

If, for some reason, this is inconvenient or there is no opportunity to do this yet, you should use a special calculator on the PFR website.

To carry out this procedure, you will need to enter the following basic data:

  • gender, year of birth and length of service;
  • the amount of the official salary;
  • previously chosen method of implementing pension provision;
  • during what time the applicant carried out military service;
  • amount of children;
  • duration of stay on parental leave;
  • duration of care for a disabled relative;
  • whether there are plans to work in agriculture;

After entering all the data indicated above, you will need to click on the "Calculate" button. The more accurate the above data is, the more accurately the amount of the future pension will be displayed.

What to look out for

Particular attention should be paid to the following points when entering data for automatic calculation:

  • the chosen method of pension provision in the MPI system;
  • the duration of the existing work experience;
  • duration of the period of conscription service;
  • at what point the application for payment of a pension will be made.

All of the above points will significantly affect the amount of pension contributions. It will be necessary to carefully study the most important points. In this way, various kinds of misunderstandings can be avoided.

The procedure for calculating the amount of a pension has its own characteristics and nuances. Therefore, be sure to familiarize yourself in advance with all the legal documents that regulate the type of deduction in question.

Where and how to check the correctness of the pension accrual: calculation features, accrual scheme and recommendations:

Upon reaching the appropriate age, becoming disabled and in other cases established by law, a citizen receives a certain remuneration from insurance, pension and other funds. In other words, retirement.

Are there any calculation errors?

Pensioners and the disabled belong to socially vulnerable categories of the population. The social security of such persons is guaranteed by the state. Recalculation and revision of pensions is a frequent phenomenon, while no one is immune from incorrect accrual.

Basically, such errors are associated with the human factor, but this is not the only reason. There may also be failures in the operation of the software with which the calculations are made. That is why the question arises as to whether it is possible to check the correctness of the calculation of the pension.

The pension that Russians receive after the recent reform consists of two parts: insurance and funded. Since this system is relatively new, not all of its features are clear, so sometimes there are doubts about the correctness of its calculation.

If a pensioner is not sure that the amount of his pension payments is determined correctly, he has the opportunity to demand adjustments if errors are found.

Where to check

First of all, you should figure out where to check the correctness of calculating the pension. If a pensioner has any doubts about whether he receives the correctly calculated amount, he will have to apply directly to the Pension Fund of Russia. The application should indicate a request to re-verify the correctness of the calculations of the amount of pension payments and submit it to the PFR branch, in accordance with the pensioner's registration address.

Within five days from the date when the application was accepted, where a citizen asks to check the correctness of calculating the old-age pension, PFR employees are obliged to clarify whether the pension is correctly calculated and notify the applicant of the results of the check. If it turns out that the amount of payments was indeed calculated with errors, then, in accordance with applicable law, it will be adjusted automatically.

Brief instructions for verification

In addition to contacting the FIU, it is advisable to know how to check the correctness of calculating the pension yourself. To do this, you will need: a work book and a calculator, a certificate of the amount of monthly average earnings for 5 consecutive years, or for the period from the beginning to the end of the year.

Now it's time to do some math:

  1. First you need to find out the size of the seniority coefficient. 55% is taken as the basis. For women, such a coefficient is set for a length of service equal to twenty years, for men - for 25 years of work. Every year, if a person continues to work further, the seniority coefficient increases by 1% (but not more than 20%).
  2. The average income for one month is calculated. This can be done by dividing the amount of income for five consecutive years by the number of months in five years (sixty).
  3. Information will be required on the average monthly salary established in the Russian Federation for the period that was accepted in the calculations in paragraph 2.
  4. The average salary in the Russian Federation, which was calculated in the third quarter of 2001 and approved by the government of the country as the basis for calculating pension payments, is 1,671 rubles.
  5. The ratio of the number obtained in paragraph 2 to the figure in paragraph 3 is calculated. If we are not talking about residents of the Far North, then a ratio of 1.2 or less should be taken into account.
  6. The estimated amount of payments will be: the length of service coefficient (from paragraph 1) multiplied by the number from paragraph 5 and by 1,671 from paragraph 4.
  7. The pension capital is calculated. For this, the following actions are performed:
    • 450 rubles must be subtracted from the value obtained in paragraph 6 (the basic part of the pension as of January 1, 2002);
    • what happened is multiplied by the estimated period during which the payment of old-age benefits is planned (for example, from January 1, 2010 it will be 192 months).
  8. The amount obtained in paragraph 7 must be indexed by multiplying by a multiplying factor corresponding to the year. It can be clarified, including on electronic portals, which contain information on how to check the correctness of calculating the old-age pension.
  9. The part of the benefit, which is called the insurance part, will be equal to the result of dividing the pension capital by the indicative period during which the benefit will be paid.
  10. The result of dividing the total value of insurance premiums on the date of assignment of benefits for the same period that was used for the calculations in paragraph 9 is added.
  11. To the result obtained in paragraph 10, you need to add the amount of the basic payment from the insurance fund established by the government. This is the desired amount of pension.

By comparing the result of the calculations with the amount of the pension assigned in the Pension Fund, you can understand whether you should apply for recalculation. Having carefully studied the instructions on how to check the correctness of calculating the pension, you can independently find out if the PFR is right.

Payout by age

To understand how to check the correctness of calculating a pension, it is important to know about all the current changes in this matter. Thus, the year 2015 is notable for the fact that from this date it is planned to gradually increase the minimum value of the total length of service that will be required to calculate the retirement benefit by age. Previously, it was five years. Starting from the date of the introduction of the changes, over the next ten years, 1 will be added every year, and by 2025 the minimum to be worked out will be equal to fifteen years.

If the total number of years worked for calculating the old-age pension is not enough, then it is possible to apply for a social pension. Starting in 2025, it will have to be paid to women over 60 and men over 65.

Hazard pension: useful information

The category of harmful, according to statistics, includes almost 50% of all enterprises whose work is related to industry. Early completion of work and access to a well-deserved rest are a kind of compensation for people who are constantly exposed to risks. That is why the question of how to check the correctness of calculating the harmfulness pension is relevant.

But first of all, you should find out which conditions are considered harmful or dangerous:

  • increased level of humidity;
  • low degree of illumination;
  • high degree of environmental pollution (gases, dust, etc.);
  • increased noise level;
  • labor obligations associated with the use of or being in close proximity to harmful or toxic substances (for example, in the chemical industry).

Before checking the correctness of calculating a pension, it is important to know some of its features. In order to retire ahead of schedule, the total experience of the fairer sex must be at least twenty years, of which at least 10 years the potential pensioner must be a worker in hazardous production. For men, the minimum total length of service is 25 years, of which work in conditions deemed harmful must be twelve and a half years or more.

At the same time, two lists of harmful professions are distinguished. For professions that can be found in list No. 1, the retirement age will come earlier by another five years.

List No. 1 is quite small, it includes people whose labor activity was directly related to underground work, work in hot shops or in production in harmful conditions.

List No. 2 is much broader, it includes: employees of educational and medical institutions, workers in the food and light industries, employed in mining and transport.

To apply for a harmfulness pension, it is enough to contact the PFR branch, which is located at the place of residence, with the following documents:

  • passport;
  • a document confirming that the person worked in conditions giving the right to early exit for a well-deserved rest;
  • salary statement;
  • men will also need a military ID.

The basis for calculating pension payments will be: the amount of contributions to the Pension Fund and the length of service. The provision of additional benefits, as well as the lists of hazardous industries, are reviewed and supplemented regularly.

It should be noted that the list of people eligible for early retirement now also includes people of art (for example, actors), as well as those who earned seniority at enterprises in the Far North.

A little about social benefits

In order to understand how to check the correctness of calculating the old-age pension, you should know that a pensioner can be credited with a social supplement from the federal or regional budget.
For this, the following conditions must be met:

  • pensioner should not work;
  • the amount of the pension is less than the subsistence minimum established for the region where the pensioner lives.

At the same time, the amount of the additional payment and the actual pension is equal to the subsistence minimum.

If the latter in a certain region is higher than that established in general in the country, then a regional surcharge may be charged.

Instead of a conclusion

Pensioners are considered socially unprotected citizens. It can be difficult, and sometimes even impossible, to live on their income. That is why, in case of any doubts, you should contact where you can check the correctness of the calculation of the pension.

How to check the correctness of the calculation of the pension?

After the pension reform, pensions are accrued to Russians by age, based on the funded and insurance parts. Many pensioners in this regard began to doubt the correctness of the calculation of pension payments.

Where can I check the correctness of the calculation of the pension?

To check the accrual of a pension, a pensioner should contact the Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) at the place of registration with an application addressed to the head with a request to double-check the correctness of the calculation of the pension.

After considering the application of the pensioner, the employees will double-check the correctness of the calculation of the pension and report the results.

The pensioner's application for the recalculation of the pension is considered no later than five days from the date of receipt.

The recalculation of the amount of the pension is made from the 1st day of the month following the month in which the pensioner's application for the recalculation of the pension was accepted.

If it turns out that the amount of the pension was calculated incorrectly, then the amount will be automatically corrected. In accordance with the current legislation, there are cases of revision and recalculation of the pension due to incorrect accrual. Such errors are associated primarily with the human factor (an error in the work book, certificate of employment, etc.).

How and where can I check the status of my pension account?

You can find out about the status of your individual personal account (ILS) as follows:

  • in credit institutions with which the PFR has entered into an appropriate agreement (through a teller or through ATMs, as well as in electronic form - through terminals or Internet banking of credit institutions (OJSC Sberbank of Russia, OJSC Bank Uralsib, OJSC Gazprombank, OJSC "Bank of Moscow", CJSC VTB Bank));
  • on the portal of state and municipal services. To do this, you need to register on the portal, enter your personal account, select the "PFR" tab, the "Notice of the status of an individual personal account" item;
  • in the territorial bodies of the FIU at the place of residence. You must have an identity document, an insurance certificate of compulsory pension insurance with you. An application to the territorial body of the pension fund can also be sent by mail, while attaching notarized copies of the passport and certificate of compulsory pension insurance.

Where to complain?

If you are not sure about the correct calculation of the pension, contact the head of the pension fund department with a written application. In the application, ask for information about the calculation. Fund employees are required to respond, and in writing.

An extract on the accrual of a pension in the fund is issued upon request only once a year.

If, after receiving the extract, you have doubts about the correctness of calculating the pension, you should contact the higher authority - the regional branch of the PFR.

If after contacting the regional FIU you still have questions, contact a lawyer (lawyer), as you may have to go to court. Incorrect accrual of pensions by the courts is often recognized as illegally low.

What is the minimum work experience required to receive a pension?

From 2015, the minimum total length of service for receiving an old-age pension will gradually increase. From 6 years to 1 year per year for 10 years. Those who have a total experience of less than 15 years by 2025 have the right to apply to the FIU for a social pension (women at 60, men at 65).

In 2025, the minimum total length of service for receiving an old-age pension will reach 15 years.

What social supplements are provided for pensions?

If the total amount of cash payments to a non-working pensioner is lower than the pensioner's subsistence level established in the region of his residence, then he is given a federal or regional social supplement to his pension.

The federal social supplement to the pension is set in such an amount that:

supplement + pension = subsistence minimum for a pensioner in the region.

If the pensioner is working, then no additional payment is made.

A regional surcharge is established if the subsistence minimum for a pensioner in the region is higher than the subsistence minimum for a pensioner in the Russian Federation.

The size of the subsistence minimum for a particular region can be viewed on the website >>

The federal social supplement to the pension is paid by the territorial body of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (PFR), and the regional one is paid by the authorized executive body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
